I am not a stoner.

I am Poshhead - purveyor of fine cannabis goods, curator of exquisite infused experiences, and founder and CEO of POSHHEAD - a cannabis infused lifestyle brand.

I’m curious: have you ever been told that you do or don’t look like you smoke weed? What does that even mean? Or, wait, have you ever had someone make you instantly regret telling them you’re a chiefqueen altogether?

I have. And it made me wonder, what does a person who consumes cannabis typically look like? How do they behave? What do they wear? Do they really just sit on the couch and smoke weed all day? Over the years, I started to find out and what I found, was that the images and definitions of these terms were not representative of me and, get this - they didn’t match a lot of the other cannabis consumers I know, personally.

Cannabis is mainstream. And let’s just be real, the “labels” that we use to help us relate to people so that we know how to engage them, aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.

So, this begs the question - as the industry matures, shouldn’t the labels get an upgrade too? I say they fuckin’ better.

Enter Poshhead.

Through POSHHEAD, I can challenge the images and perceptions that are most intimately connected to the language that we as cannabis consumers use to describe our lifestyle and botanical consumption preferences.

Poshhead is bringing together all of these complex elements of social identity and blending it together with the mass acceptance of cannabis consumerism; while at the same time providing the consumer with feelings of elevation and an extended sense of overall status. Poshhead is shedding shame and developing an overall sense of pride in one’s entire self.

So, simply put - I am Poshhead, the poshhead who created POSHHEAD.

And I’ll be honest. It’s been a journey, ya’ll.
