IMPORTANT VENDOR & SPONSOR GUIDELINES:

• Vendors: businesses planning to sell or conduct on-site transactions for non-cannabis items must register as "Vendors". Please note: cannabis brands are not eligible for vendor booths.

• Cannabis Brands: brands must register as "Sponsors" at any available tier. While sponsors may not conduct direct on-site sales, they are encouraged to promote their products to Moonlit guests. To facilitate this, brands should have active SKUs on the Root’d menu. Please note: if your products are not yet stocked at Root’d, please contact us to discuss the onboarding process prior to the event.

• Financial Contributions: all sponsorship funds are dedicated and prioritized to procure the services of our professional Event Operators, as outlined in the Title Sponsorship slide.
