JAN 2026 | Moving to the Cooperative Model & The Planned Launch of The Unspoken Foundation for Antiviral Research
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Monday, January 19, 2026
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Poshhead, the pioneer of high-intent cannabis experiences, today announced a radical evolution of its corporate architecture and its philanthropic mission. In a move designed to return agency to the individual, Poshhead is restructuring from a traditional LLC into a Member-Owned Cooperative.Ownership in the Hands of the Community
Under the new cooperative structure, Poshhead transitions from a private entity to a community-owned collective. This shift ensures that every medical consumer and advocate within the Poshhead ecosystem has the opportunity to become an owner. By decentralizing ownership, Poshhead guarantees that the brand’s growth directly benefits the patients and researchers it serves.
"The future of medicine is participatory," says the Foundation’s Lead Development Digital Thought Partner. "By moving to a cooperative model, we are ensuring that those who rely on this plant for their health are not just consumers—they are the architects of the company’s future and the primary beneficiaries of our scientific breakthroughs."
