EV is general brainstorming/event vision board creation. During our EV meeting, we’ll work to identify your event goals and objectives.

Service Notes: Due to the creativity, specific industry knowledge, and assumed additional research requirements, POSHHEAD™️ event visualization consultations have a two hour minimum meeting time commitment.

While you shouldn’t need more than 4 hours of EV total, you may find that you do and that is totally fine. However, we recommend starting with a shorter appointment. You might be surprised at what we can help you can dream up in 120 minutes. We also recommend that you prepare for your EV meeting in advance. We kindly request that you consider sharing a list of ideas and links to guide the discussion.

The hourly rate for Poshhead event visualization services is: $78.00. Payment is required upfront. Collaboration agreements and general terms and conditions will be made available for your review and signature, at checkout.

EPS is the formalization of the concept outlined in EVS. During our EPS meetings, we’ll work to pull quotes, source event supplies, consider logistics, develop an event scope and general budget. Additionally, we’ll identify the right tactics to employ to ensure that your are able to acheieve the event goals and objectives that you’ve identified.

Service Notes: required individual meeting duration and frequency may vary depending on event scope and timeline.

The hourly rate for Poshhead event planning services is: $56.00. A signed contract and security deposit equal to 40 percent of the contract is required upfront. Collaboration agreements and general terms and conditions will be made available for your review and signature, at check out.
